1. Maintenance of a Healthy Life
Normal bowel movement is one of the barometers of health. An abnormal enteric environment causes symptoms such as abdominal flatulence, abdominal pain, and constipation. Excessive toxins in stool and gases are absorbed in the intestine through blood vessels and spread systemically throughout the body, causing skin problems, headaches, stiff shoulders, lassitude, and other symptoms. In addition, the condition worsens when beneficial bacteria in the intestine, which support general immunocompetence, decrease while pathogenic bacteria increase in this enteric condition, weakening the immune system and causing physical deconditioning.
